Returns/Exchanges
Kittens Lingerie will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We will refund new unused items that comply with our policies within 14 days of return receipt to us less a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. Items received after the 14 day period or in any other condition that does not comply with our policies will be shipped back at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been torn, worn, washed, have odors, or altered in any way. Sales items are non-returnable. Please read the full policy below.
Return/Exchange Policy
For your safety and due to health regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any panties or underwear of any kind, teddies, or hoisery. Prepackaged items that were opened are not resellable, therefore they are not returnable. All costumes are final sale. All returns must be free of odors, unwashed, tags attached, unworn, unopened (if prepackaged) and in resaleable unaltered condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We suggest that you insure and use trackable shipping when returning any items back to us for your protection. We are not responsible for lost in transit returns. Please include a copy of your invoice with a reason for refund or exchange. Include exchange items with item number, size, and color desired. Refunds less 15% restocking fee will be issued to the original purchase credit card within 14 days of our receipt of the item/s. Shipping fees are not refundable.
